Have You Renewed Your TMCA Credential?

Renewals for 2012 are due for all TMCA credential holders. In order to be listed in the unprecedented center-spread advertisement in the upcoming Texas Bar Journal, your renewal must be approved no later than March 15th.

If you fail to renew for 2012, you will notice that your name will no longer appear on the list of credential holders.  It will not be listed until you renew and your renewal is approved as a TMCA credential holder.

The renewal application form has been simplified.  You may sign in and renew online or by printing out the form here.

If you should have any questions, please feel free to contact John Palmer by e-mail at palmer@namanhowell.com.

Sent to All Civil Court Judges in Texas

This Mediation Benchbook provides Texas judges and others that utilize mediation a resource that includes mediation statutes, sample mediation orders, TMCA guidelines and grievance process, and the Texas Supreme Court ethics orders.  Inside the Benchbook’s front cover is a list of Credential holders by county.  This is the first time TMCA has listed its Credential holders by county.  Since this Benchbook was mailed to more than 1200 District, County, Federal and Supreme Court judges, we wanted these decision-makers to be able to easily find Credentialed mediators within their counties/regions.  All current TMCA Credential holders will also receive a copy of the Benchbook.  The Benchbook is funded by your dues and an educational grant from the James W. Gibson Scholarship Fund.
