American Bar Association - Section of Dispute Resolution

A nationwide organization serving primarily attorneys but non-attorneys can join as associate members. This is the world’s largest association of dispute resolution professionals. The “Section Resources” page provides a wide range of links to specific topics with a number related to ethical issues.

Center for Public Policy Dispute Resolution, The University of Texas School of Law The Center for Public Policy Dispute Resolution at The University of Texas School of Law promotes the use of collaboration and appropriate dispute resolution for state and local government, the UT community, and the public by providing ADR services, teaching and training. The Center was formed within the university setting to  provide a neutral and trusted resource.
Texas Mediators Trainers Roundtable

This organization develops standards for mediation training in TX. The website provides training related information. The “Training Organizations Conforming to TMTR Standards” page contains links to organizations that offer training acceptable to TMCA for continuing education credit.

Association for Conflict Resolution A nationwide multi-disciplinary organization serving the conflict resolution field primarily focused on mediation. ACR has a number o special interest sections that serve specialized areas of the dispute resolution field.
